FACILITIES AVAILABLE for BOOKING
REGIONAL CENTRE, THREE KINGS

At the ARMS Regional Resource Centre, in Three Kings, Mt Roskill, meeting rooms are available for booking by organisations for purposes such as training, meetings, networking, counselling, and functions, which are relevant to settlement support for migrants and refugees in the Auckland Region. All bookings MUST be done through the Receptionist – see details below:

TRAINING ROOMS 1 AND 2

Each room has a capacity of 25 people seated, plus 3 presenters. 2 tables and a whiteboard are also available. Training Room 2 also has kitchen facilities. Both rooms can be opened into one large room, with a capacity of 60 people seated, plus up to 5 presenters.

SMALL MEETING ROOM

Seating capacity: 10 people Facilities: Whiteboard Suitable for interviews and small group meetings

BOARD ROOM

Seating capacity: 10 people seated around a table Facilities: Whiteboard As this room in the Administration area, it is usually only let to groups led by a staff member.

EQUIPMENT FOR HIRE

• OHP, Data Projector and Screen TV
• VCR and DVD Players
These are available on request. A small charge may apply.

RATES

Rates vary depending on the type of organisation and time. The large Training Room (1 & 2) is between $20 and $40 per hour; the small meeting room between $7 and $14 per hour.

Tea and coffee can be provided for an additional charge of $1 per person.
Assistance with arranging catering can be provided with at least 2 days’ advance notice.
